Shaolin Five Fragrance Application

These are the traditional uses and applications of the Shaolin Five Fragrance Dit Da Jaio

Traditionally used for redness and swelling due to bruises, strains, sprains, dislocations, and fractures from martial arts training.

Invigorates Blood, resolves Stagnation, relieves swelling, and diminishes pain.

Contraindicated for abrasions, lacerations, and broken skin.

Apply by massaging into the skin until it dries 3-4 times. Repeat 3-4 times daily. Or apply to forearms and/or shins prior to, and after, training to minimize bruising.

If you keep the Dit Da Jiao in a bucket, you can just dip your hands and wrists into it and rub it in. This can work well in a school where many would have use for it repeatedly. In this case, make a double batch or more.
